task check is the one gate a change to Loom passes; each of its steps can be run alone while you work.
Run the checks
You need Rust, the Task runner, the ess command line of
ESS (GitHub), and
bubblewrap at /usr/bin/bwrap. CI installs bubblewrap before testing delegation refusals.
The dedicated confinement qualification additionally needs delegated cgroup v2 controllers;
its explicit skip in the ordinary suite establishes no qualification. From the repository root:

The explicit fetch prepares every locked platform dependency for offline metadata inspection.
CI performs the same setup. task check runs, in order:

the crate list and the ESS reference by
loom-docs, Commission's reference pages by loom-commission-docs. Change the source, then
regenerate:
