Slack

The slack-handler plugin's configuration: the host's plugin configuration, the Slack adapter, connection and read operations its poll invokes, the bot's user id, the age rule, the walk's seed and lookback, and the objectives each channel serves. Nothing here writes to Slack.

loom.slack is one of loom's bounded contexts. All domains.

Types

ChannelObjectives

loom.slack.ChannelObjectives is a record of two fields:

  • channel — String
  • objectives — List<String>

SlackConfig

loom.slack.SlackConfig is a record of 11 fields:

  • plugin — loom.plugin.PluginConfig
  • adapter — loom.datasource.AdapterAlias
  • connection — loom.datasource.ConnectionId
  • list_channels — loom.datasource.OperationId
  • history — loom.datasource.OperationId
  • replies — loom.datasource.OperationId
  • bot_user_id — String
  • min_age_minutes — Integer
  • seed — Integer
  • lookback_minutes — Optional<Integer>, which may be absent
  • channels — List<loom.slack.ChannelObjectives>

One of the types above is reached by nothing else in this system: loom.slack.SlackConfig. No entity, view, command, event, error or crossing names it, so it is either vocabulary something outside this specification uses or a leftover — and only a person can tell which.
