Advanced contract exercises
These exercises examine individual rules: discovery does not grant access, a connection can be ready while one operation is not, and a lost response leaves a mutation uncertain. For the whole picture first, follow a request from your laptop to GitLab.
Each exercise runs bounded Rust/WASM behaviour built from ESS-generated ports over the canonical model, with fictional in-memory bindings and a deterministic clock. They demonstrate selected rules; they do not contact a provider, persist anything or establish production conformance.
Discovery does not grant access
A Kubernetes observation tells you where a database might be. Follow the explicit steps that make an SQL read eligible.
In-memory behavior, fictional data, deterministic time. This demonstrates selected contract rules; it does not establish production durability, cryptographic verification or provider conformance.
